본문 Digestion tank production gas is a biogas produced by artificial anaerobic digestion of organic wastes with bacteria in the digestion tank. This can be divided into mergence gas which produce bio-gas by putting more than two of them together, among the organic waste gas, waste water gas, livestock sewage gas, sewage sludge gas, depending on the type of organic waste. Because they are artificial, they has about 10-15 percent higher methane (CH4) content than normal landfill gas. <Table 4>
Amount of organic waste is approximately 8,300tons/year by 2008 and 2007, among which only about 7% (6.1million tons/year) are used to source of energy (biogas). <Table 5> Bio-gas produced by using organic waste were used mostly as a heating fuel of the digestion tanks or power plant fuel. <Table 6>
